Hello, I’m having issues with my P0299 code on my 2015 Buick Encore (I know it’s not Chevy Trax but the people posting seem to have knowledge on what’s going on). I first got the code and pulled the turbo and there was a crack on the inside of the turbo, obviously bad.Here was my solution: The trax resistor has 5 wires coming into it. Line - 3k ohms (low) - 2k ohms (med) - 1k ohms (med-high) - fan (0 ohms high) My issue stemmed from when set to high, (0 ohms) the connection would arc and burn out the line connection stopping power to the fan.
