Spent 7 days trying to find a decent place to settle; checked the map previewer and learned that 1) My world SUCKS (seas of water everywhere) and 2) I am at the complete opposite end of all the towns/cities.First, stop harvesting wild plants as your baseline. Getting 2-3 crops from a harvest with LotL Lvl 2 means you are harvesting wild plants only (wild plants give you one crop, LotL doubles that and gives you a 50% chance for an additional crop which gives you 2-3 crops). Also, you don't get seeds back from wild crops.You have to plant it on SOD. You can make SOD from dirt. And then you have to use a Hoe. Or you can just use a Hoe on dirt. You can craft Cotton Seeds from Cotton. You find Cotton Plants in Forest and Grasland. Seeds can be Planted into any Fertile Earth. If you can make a Gardening Hoe.7 Days to Die.
