At my store it’s because mobile orders are our bottom priority. It does take a few minutes for the order to get through the system sometimes, and although there was no one in line that time, sometimes there might be and having someone order while basically at the store can sometimes slow down the line.

From what I know at my store, if you scheduled a mobile order for a specific time the store won't get it until that time.
