So I failed my NCLEX FIRST try. I used UWORLD and was scoring 43-56 percent on all my exams. I was selecting random 75 a day for about a month . So I took the assessment and scored a low chance but I Still went ahead and took the NCLEX since everyone said to not take UWORLD scores so seriously.
