It has some sort of motion sensor. The "low oil" alarm is for when the oil resevoir is low. I would immediately mix the fuel to 50::1, in case the no oil alarm is accurate, until you fix the motor.The 175 have a different height port and jetting so they make the power in the 56-5800 range while the 150Hp make theirs in the 5400-5500 Range.
