Kel tec pf9 disassembly
The Kel-Tec PF9 was among the first ultralight 9mm handguns. The PF9 is a slim and light handgun. The pistol features a polymer frame and double-action-only trigger. The trigger is tight but smooth, breaking at 6.5 pounds. This isn’t a striker fired handgun, but the PF9 uses a hammer. The unloaded weight is a light 12.5 ounces.

PF9 Extractor Issue Resolved. My PF9 started to exhibit the famous FTE problem we have read about on this forum. I called KT and they sent out a new extractor, spring and button screw on their dime. When I draw the slide to the rear, to insert the take down pin, the barrel goes back with the slide. the best i have gotten it, was with the barrel in a half open position with the slide all the way back.Yes, the Kel-Tec PF9 can be reliable, especially after addressing its common issues.
