Hello. You want information on a sactional, not a lovesac. I bought a sactional a few years ago and absolutely love it. I do not understand why anyone would dislike it (if you can afford it). It has a lifetime warranty and you can arrange it anyway that suites you. You can remove the covers and wash them and even change them for a new look. The drink holder was nice but in the way more than it was useful.
