Greetings. My wife has a 2011 Buick Enclave with like 70000 miles and the front wipers have stopped working at all speeds except Hi and when you rinse. Wiper motor runs strong so no issue there. Was suspecting fuse or relay 1. checked fuse and seems fine 2. Tried switch off the WP relay with WP Hi relay (still did work)
