Threaded Cane is also Skill, but I've never been a huge fan of it. Later on, the Beasthunter Saif, Blades of Mercy, Church Pick, Rakuyo, or Burial Blade are all good Skill scaling choices.Once you reach Old Yharnam you get the Rifle Spear, the first Skill/Bloodtinge Weapon.
