Imo if you have some pretty poor posture while sitting I think getting a standing desk will help to reinforce better posture. Standing is gonna make your legs feel kinda sore at the start but long term it's gonna be beneficial for health. If you just enjoy the idea of having a standing desk, go for it too. Just_Fourier.
